RETURN POLICY



Our return policy currently accepts unworn returns within 10 days of receiving your order for a refund to original form of payment, or store credit if requested.

If 10 days have gone by since you received the item/s, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you are returning products because of a difference from what was ordered, or any product defects you must report this issue to Luxury Collections Outlet within 3 days of the date of delivery.

Customers that want to return for their own reasons will need to pay the return shipping to our warehouse, the shipping price will be returned only for orders that are not as described or damaged in transit. All items must be in original condition, unworn and without wear. Items shipped back that show signs of wear may be denied return.

Any customs duties/fees, VAT that we incurred shipping your product or in the case
of a return will not be refunded to customer.

The customer must ship the item to our warehouse only with: FedEx / DHL / FedEx
Express.

If you do happen to receive any faulty/damaged items, you will need to report this within 3 days of receiving your order and provide pictures as proof.  If confirmed and authorized to return, we will arrange the return of these goods for exchange/store credit or refund.

* There are certain products that can not be returned, refunded or receive store credit for, to find products of this type, they will be listed on the product page and
state "final sale, offers only an exchange for this item" etc., under the add to bag button.

In order to complete an exchange on such items, customers must contact Luxury
Collections Outlet by this email: help@luxurycollectionsoutlet.com

Such emails should include the customer name, date & order number. The customer must also provide photographic evidence for any defects on the products.

The return shipment will be borne by the customer and should always be shipped back
with an active tracking number.
